  I hate having to write a negative review. We had set a date with Main St to come start our fence on 10/13/17. I called and spoke with their office staff the Friday before our install date to double check time. I was told 9:00am. On 10/13/17, literally nobody showed up. I was not contacted in any way. I waited till 10:30 to start calling. I reached out to both extensions MULTIPLE times and sent multiple emails, still no response. I even made the trip over to the office. The lights were on but the door was locked. I kept calling and was finally able to contact someone at 1:50pm. After a few apologizes, I was told that someone would be coming out within the half out to at least start mapping the posts out. At 3:30pm, still nothing. I called again to void the contract. The company has not reached out since to try to correct the situation. I would not recommend this fencing company to anyone.
